Personal Approach
At WY, we pride ourselves on our tailored and personal approach. By taking the time to understand your individual needs and desired results, we design a treatment plan that’s unique to you. Whether you have a treatment in mind, are researching what’s available (the list is ever growing which can feel intimidating!) or are completely new to aesthetics, one of our doctors or skin practitioners will talk you through the most effective options for you personally.

The first step is to have a chat with us by phone – or email – to discuss what you are looking for or what your concern / area of interest is. We’ll decide if you would benefit from a consultation with one of our doctors to plan the best treatments for you, as we normally do for a new patient, and book you into the diary accordingly.
MEDIFAFCIALS & SKINCARE REVIEWS TO A MORE DETAILED PLAN
You are welcome to simply book a medifacial (e.g. HydraFacial or Intraceuticals) to maintain generally great skin. In this case, we take your details, book the appointment then have a more detailed chat when you come in. Likewise, we are always happy to arrange a skincare review if you’d like to maximise results from products at home.
If you have more specific skin concerns or are just starting out with aesthetic treatments, however, we’ll book you in for a full consultation with one of our aesthetic doctors, as below – it’s always preferable to take the time to gain a full understanding of what you need and therefore your best treatment options.
IN-DEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR SKIN
During your consultation, you’ll discuss with the doctor your skin / condition and a little about your lifestyle and potential wellness goals, and, importantly, your hopes for treatment. You are also invited to have a Visia skin analysis as part of your initial consultation to give us a really thorough understanding of your skin and enable us to make informed recommendations. Our doctors have an expert eye and this computerised assessment allows them to also examine beneath the superficial layers of the skin to scope out not only corrective, restorative treatment options, but also preventative ones too.
BESPOKE TREATMENT PLAN
Whether you’d like to address skin-related issues (such as loss of elasticity, lines and wrinkles and sun damage), your hormones or another issue, a bespoke treatment plan will be created from your one-to-one consultation for you to review. It will include recommendations (for treatments and skincare, if relevant) which you can book or purchase when suits if you choose to.
Once you begin treatment with us, we’ll do regular reviews, to ensure you see the results you’d hoped for. It’s really important to us that you enjoy treatment with us and leave confident in the knowledge that you look and feel a happier, fresher version of you.
